Registering edtFTPnet.dll

Question

A user writes:

Dear Enterprise DT:

How do I register the edtFTPnet.dll? I am not using Visual Studio. I would simply like to register the DLL using regsvr32 or by dropping it in the GAC.

Neither one of these methods seem to work. I have .NET v1.1 installed. No matter what I do, the EnterpriseDT.Net and EntrpriseDT.Net.Ftp namespaces are not available.
